Taking a short break in between my guitar seshion so I thought I'd share a quick, funny story I forgot to mention from my Bimini trip.
So we're all walking to the store (me,my bro,ty, pat, jon,JR, weiss, and tara) and the person running the store is on break for like 5 mintues. So we're all standing outstide wating and just basking in the sun and this one deaf islander comes up to JR and asks for a cigarette. JR kindly gives the guy a cigarette and lights one himself. Then the same deaf guy walks over to Weiss, who is enjoying a cigarette of his own, and asks to see what brand he is smoking. Weiss shows the brand name on the cigarette he is smoking to the guy and the guy grabs it real quick and takes a drag of the cigarette and walks away with it. Everyone saw it and just started laughing. It was probably one of the funniest things I've seen in a long ass time. Ty later told me that the same guy has bugged him everytime he has come to Bimini and will probably bug us all till we leave.
Good news for the day. 1. I mailed out my demo to Mike Marshall from SG to listen to. 2. Got paid 3. Got some lovely fish I cant wait to make for dinner. and 4. Found out that the Melbourne greyhound track has a card room. Not too far away either. Only a 45 minute drive at most. Gonna try and hit that shit up sometime next week maybe.
Anyways back to the guitar and whatever else the day holds.
