i am way too old to all of sudden be so angry.

well.. not all of sudden.. of course.. really.. terrible.

this is deterioration.

is your anger directed at anything in particular? or are you just angry?

i know the feeling. it happens to me from time to time, and i can't really direct it anywhere.
