Bummed I didn't do much on my birthday today. I guess having an MRI scheduled (it hurt like hell to have my arm in that position and not wanting to move so it would get over quicker) in the morning wasn't a great start and I went into this day with a bad outlook. I can't let that get me down. I didn't plan anything and nobody wanted to surprise me with a night out but after boo hooing about it I'm gonna turn that around. Can't just sit around and HOPE someone is gonna do something for me. Some things you just have to do yourself.

I can sit here hating life and not have a good time and feeling like nobody cares, but whatever. I don't want to choose that ending to the day. I have the ability to do something about it. I'm going to City Club and will just enjoy the ride, even if it's not the greatest time ever. I'm not gonna let it get me down. Who knows...
