They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but an entire life to forget them.
My Grandfather, my heart, passed this morning. He was the closest thing to a father I've ever had. We were relatives through marriage, but regardless he was a permanent fixture of my family and our hearts.
Saying he will be missed is a tremendous understatement.
