I had a great time at Rook's birthday gathering last night, I saw some new faces and old. And I swear to god, I will never get sick of that 'Things' game..
HAPPY BIRTHDAY THIS WEEK TO:
Sway, the young and beautiful,
Rook, the masculine and incandescent &
Goldfish, the small and somewhat confused.
Minimal excitement, maximum expectation.
Other than that, I'll pouring down tea after tea at home, with the lovely Lexiphanic, and trying to focus on writing 3,000 (immediately) on 'Domestic Violence in Indigenous Communities' - I'm interested to see where this discussion leads me. Honestly, I hope I find out that I'm wrong. That the situation is getting better and the state institutions are doing their part, and the people want to change. But my thesis, for anyone who's interested, is the opposite. So we'll see.
