There's been so much going on I can hardly keep track anymore. I moved into a new dorm and so far it's 100% better than the old one. It's considerably closer to all my classes and everyone here is super cool, really friendly and chill. It's nice to have neighbors I don't want to beat with a brick.

Classes started this week, they all look interesting to say the least:
Philosophical Inquiry - I've never taken a philosophy class before, it's a bit overwhelming to sit down and seriously address questions like 'Does god exist?' and whatnot but at the same time it's really refreshing.
Sculptural Form & Function - This class might be a problem, as my track record with the three dimensional types of art is less than stellar to say the least. But the prof is a real pip and it is a beginners class, so I think I can at least muddle through.
Directed Study in Printmaking - This class might be a problem too, even though I know it's the one I'm going to enjoy the most. There simply isn't enough work space for all the students that are in that room. I mean, whose bright idea was it to have 4 different printmaking classes meet at the same time? There are 23 students in a room that has two functional printing presses and workspace for maybe 15 people. I have a feeling I'm going to get another "__ nazi" reputation out of this because I don't tolerate people fucking around with the ink/paper/rollers/workspace etc. It's not my place to admonish them but from last semester I know that no one else is going to do it.
Drawing II - I really shouldn't have to take this class because I took it at my other school but as usual those credits didn't transfer. I don't mind too much though, after a year and a half of doing all my drawing in Adobe Illustrator I'm looking forward to getting messy with the charcoal again.
Plagues and Peoples - This class is just going to be fun. It's pure icing for me, I needed a few miscellaneous credits and this looked interesting so here I am. I can't wait to delve into the socio-political effects of the black plague and what not.

And someone really needs to take eBay away from me. I've dropped something like $70 on records in the last 2 days. Jeeeeeeesus.

How'd your first week of classes go? I'm already overwhelmed. Not surprised though. Happens every semester.
