School is going surprisingly well. That is, I haven't missed a class or failed to compete or turn in any homework or other assignments on time (yet).

I am very excited to say I found a school building in Oregon (Beavercreek) for sale. It only has 7 classrooms, and it's a little too far out to be of TOO much interest to me. Nevermind the fact that I haven't got the financial resources at the moment to make such a purchase. Still, it thrills me to know there are schools for sale in Oregon from time to time. Until I discovered that one, I hadn't seen any closer than Kansas. Kansas is thriving with empty schools. Apparently nobody wants to live there anymore. Part of me wishes I already lived there. Then I would be well on my way to owning a school building already. As it stands, unfortunately, I have less than $500 in my bank account, I'm working part-time, I'm still in school (and will be for nearly another three years) and everybody else is in the same boat.

But I still feel it is my destiny to buy a school and start my business. I keep thinking... finish your book. Worse pieces of shit have been published and made hundreds of thousands of dollars... So why not mine? If I was a better/more patient artist, I would go the graphic novel route with it. I'm not. That doesn't mean I won't try, but I am pretty square on what my limitations are.

Still... Where I was doubting destiny, a new ray of hope has parted the clouds... As far as I'm concerned, it's more than possible now.

By the way, any other apartment-dwellers have upstairs neighbors who move their fucking refrigerator back and forth across their place all day and night? That's what it fucking sounds like those fucks are doing. They piss me off so bad. This will continue well into the wee hours of the morning and will continue as long as they live above me.
