Yushchenko's ratings have fallen beneath that of the former leader Yanukovych. Yushchenko is the sort of corrupt politician that is self-serving enough to support the interests of patrons rather than the needs of his country's citizens. I don't see his regime lasting very long.

By the way, I also am sick of hearing Western commentators refer to political regime change as a "revolution," especially when the basic form of government remains consistent.
