Alrighty
I have been meaning to post a longer blog as to what I have been doing, work, stuff.. and I haven't found the inspiration (or time) to just sit down and type out things that most people don't even care about.
But, here are some things that have been going on in my life as of late.
***Turned a lovely 24... I feel that I only get better with age, like a fine wine.
Thanks to all for the wishes, that was uber kickass. I did get tons of nice things. ^_^ Some of my favs include but not limited to, a GPS, vintage catwoman watch, Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of memories, Dexter season two, a xmas tree with ornaments, a signed Catwoman/Wildcat #2 and the new Mitch Cd.. Very nice.
***Been studying up fro the GRE.. yay? as well as looking at numerous colleges that offer online classes for me to get my masters.
***Been neglecting my comics.. its really a sad time when I do not have the time/energy to read my favs. I feel that I will always be a couple of months behind.
***Been treating/counseling/tracking down/(going crazy)/STD patients. I have seen things that will give me nightmares for a really reallllly long time. eh, gross.. today was a really bad day..
***As most know, went to a earlier holiday party at work. Very fun and I won a gas card.. always nice.
***Been really cold. I do not like that. I live in freakin Texas, its not supposed to get this cold.. This morning, I went out to my car, but it wasnt a car, it was a carsicle..
***I have been able to nerd out and play video games... I just dont understand how I play Halo better drunk. This is something I am going to study more.
***Set a couple of dates to hang with my nursing crew. woot woot!
***Lost about 20 pounds...
***and, bought/decorated said awesome xmas tree, with comic book ornaments. I am such the nerd.
I hope everyone is going well. I love this time of year but kinda hate it at the same time. Makes me miss the people that are no longer in my life. my Mom most of all.
