Just got in from Lake Louise where I renewed my CPR and Emergency First Aid. Aside from the crippling stomach cramps I had, it was a pretty sweet day. Snowed all day and was relatively warm. The class went well, great instructors. But my favourite part was when I got back into town and Amanda met me at HI-Calgary with an A-Bomb. She knows I love my Tubby Dog.
We've got an apartment viewing downtown on Thursday. We've been in the building before but they showed us a two bedroom with a small kitchen. The unit they're showing us this week is one bedroom and I think it was 650 square feet. The best part is they're okay with the bunny, which has been a hard thing to come by. It's a pretty kick ass building though, conveniently located around the corner from a few rad coffee shops, walking distance from work and stumbling distance from the bar.
I'm working on getting my work schedule redone so I can get myself another 20 hours a week. I was offered a chance to work in Banff for a week or two, it'll be like a working vacation.
