well peeps a new day new question and a new gripe. ever been passed up for a promotion to the biggest shit head in the. that just happend to me today. my room mate a 20 year old stuck in highschool kid is getting promoted on the first of the month. this kid gets caught doing evrything your not suppose to do in the marine corps and still is promted to a leadership role. he has none. i do all his work for him, i made this ass hole look good and now he is reaping the benifits. wy do i do such stupid stuff. it really sucks cause i can't be an asshole i don't know why, but people even say that i'm the better leader i look after what few i am in charge of better then he does and i looked after his. so my question is has this happend to you and what happend? did this person saty above you or did you rise up also. later peeps.
