well i final got to sleep. not very well im so sore i think i might even sleep all day today. oh wait have to be back at the gym soon. didn't know you can loose so much weight in just 4 days. i swear dy the time i go home for the wedding i'll be nothing but a piec of beef jerky. my future wife wont even reconize me i swear. only 6 more months till i tie the not. cant wait its been a long time comming. later peeps.

yea it's amazing how fast you lose the first pounds..they just shed...thennnnnnn they stop shedding.... but keep at it!
