i got in some trouble today. i got all pissed off and started to cuss out every one in my chain of cammand. had to go see the chaplin, he said i scared him and sent me to the base counsiler. he gave me a seditive and put me on room confinment till i calmed down, this shit is great i fell nothing at all. only down fall is i have a gaurd following me ever place i go till 330. back to anger mnagement for me i guess. i hate when shit happens and you cant controll your emotions eny one ever flip out on any one i wanna hear stories. later peeps

Been There.. Done That.. although not under guard so much as being on probation.. lol
Once I learned that being in control of my emotions gave me greater strength, I chose to find a way to control them. Outbursts only put others in control of you. Learn to control your emotions and use the energy that would have been expelled in rage/anger into something much more creative. I rarely ever cuss anyone out anymore, I simply smile at them and kindly list for them all the faults in thier current logic. And the more upset they get the bigger I smile, because I know that now I'm in control. Then I devise a plan in which I can simply allow this person to show the rest of the world how wonderfully useless they are. All the while with a great big smile.
Nothing like taunting a person with nothing but a smile and kindness.
Stay calm and keep your voice at a normal level.. then just simply help them to identify thier flaws in the most helpful manner possible like you were helping your best friend or younger sibling. And remember to smile.
But until you are ready to control your emotions, anger management classes and counceling sessions won't do a damn bit of good for you.
