The last two days were interesting. My doctor gave me some new meds but the dosage was wrong and instead of taking them in the evening like she said I was supposed to take them in the morning. For the last couple of days my work has been to move concrete blocks by hand. Today I carried 1500 blocks and every block weighs about 5 kilos. 5kilos isn't all that much but after a while you start feeling it anyway.. and now 1500 blocks later.. MY BACK HURTS

.. but I guess a good thing is that I don't have to exercise today
