colossus

went back to st. louis this weekend. the longer i'm away, the more desolate that place seems. short list of events that transpired:

- got a tour of the science center and dinosaur exhibit from an employee i met on myspace
- tried to explain evolution to my sister who really loves jesus
- bought new glasses
- bought 3 cds and a fishing pole
- sang karaoke badly (take me home country roads, footloose, it's not unusual)
- smoked one drag of a cigarette and was grossed out
- watched the end of braveheart and shed a little tear
- ate a lot
