OMG - longest comment ever...sorry....sometimes I just don't stop talking.

Wow, how to be humble and confident. Mark Twain once said "better to keep quite and let people think you're stupid, then to say something and prove it" I think it means to only speak when you are 100% sure of the answer. A good leader may not always know the right answer, but makes a decision and goes with it while looking like you knew it was the right way to go. This is a problem I have had and still battle with. I think the key is to put out a vibe of confidence, whether it is true or not.
