My husband walked out on his job yesterday....
He went to work...a co-worker came up to him and aked if the boss had talked to him....he said no....he said, "Oh...well..I have something to show you."....she showed him an email from his boss sayinh that they were going to ask my husband step down (for no reason) and give his position and pay to this co-worker.....
He was seeing red....he called me for support and then walked out.....
I'm trying not to stress out....he had a job interview 2 days ago (he was planning on leaving that job anyways) for a Mortgage receptionist with the intent to train up...he was highly recommended by his parents (in the mortgage business) and he has done the work before.....if he gets that (we should know by Wednesday), then we will be just fine....
If not.....then......

Completely understand. My husband just quit his job. I supported him, but had to lay some ground rules because he has a habit of quiting and then forgetting to look for a new job. But lucky for me (and him), he has already found a new (and better) job!
