I watched Heathers last night. I hadent seen it in almost 8 years.
That movie sure had an effect on me throughout my teens. Upon reflection I think it may have been the final nail in the coffin of my parents hold on my personallity.--That's got analysis written all over it.
....damn, now that I think of it, that movie wouldn't have seen an audience at all if it had been released today.All about a troubled and dissatisfied youth who tries to kill all the students in his high scool by blowing them up at a pep rally and making it look like a mass suicide.
I think the world has changed before my eyes.
Dark comedy has become dark tragedy.
Do i spring from simpler times!!!????

i didn't know they made movies that made fun of movies at that time. (now it's an epidemic)
you're right, though. heathers couldn't be made today. maybe it could.. but it'd be a watered down version.
maybe it'd be rules of attraction..
