I work in an electrical store, and without sounding like an egomaniac I'm a bit of a machine when it comes to selling extended warranties. I tend to double the companies demands on strikerate and have a shitload of certificates.
This ability has been useful cos i suck at every other element of my job. Tomoro, the companies extended warranty policy is changing, and I reckon it'll leave me a month from the sack.
Every single benefit the customer got previously that I thought was worth the extra 30% of the price is being replaced with a cheap gimmick.
This makes me mad.......im going to have to adapt to selling something I dont believe in or.......work in KFC or a Toys R us.
