Oh, by far this board pales in comparison to a place like SomethingAwful.com until I got banned for practially no reason, since I was making snide remarks about the moderator and hist jailbait forrum girl he slept with (while she was 17, alledgedly)... he went from apathy to hating me in one post flat....

People haven't seen ruthless flaming until they have seen FYAD. aka (FUCK YOU AND DIE).

I'll get your back if you get any slack. There are some really nice people round here, and some who are consistant ballbreakers, but they suffer from feelings of inferiority.

(oh and I'm not joking about that!)

Unfortunately, I came out swinging, because I had just came off my SA buzz, and a lot of old timers (some still are) were being jerks to every new person... that's quieted down, but you'll begin to recognise the pattern of who it is who consistantly go out of their way to troll threads...

Now, I'm a bit reserved, and my strategy is complete calmness in the face of insult... nothing discourages a troll than the idea that you could give a fuck if they think something you said "sucks"... it's Zen dady-o!

edit: also, I've learned some people aren't really what I thought them to be, and are actually nice people... that happens too. heh.
