life has been crazy. lots of school, lots of drugs, lots of cigaretts, lots of sleep. thats pretty much life since the begining of december. i am doing alright though, there is a girl i am begining to like. i am not sure if thats a good thing, i will only end up getting hurt. but this is the price one pays.

My user name is a loose Dune reference pretty much, but yea, it's also kind of from the band Shai Hulud. Shai Hulud = those big sand worms in Dune. Shai Hulud translated is "From this soil" or "From the soil" one or the other...

But anywho, I originally stole the name from part of a Shai Hulud song: "If Born From This Soil"..

you're so welcome for the cursive comment. this site is such a bitchin' music forum. most of my friends have never even heard of most of the bands i love. so it's nice to know it's not just me out there rockin out to tim kasher. you're lucky you're on the east coast. those saddle creek bands tend to ignore us way over here. can't say i blame them. i puke LA too.
