I did my usual Marilyn, tried Sophia and was charmingly drunk on free booze at a VIP gathering, I'm thinking of doing Brigitte tomorrow but today I went for catwalk purple and red lips.

I saw a huge black lacy butterfly on the road, it was a road kill butterfly. I think it was a bad omen.

Had homemade tikka masala with chicken, gratinated aubergine and broccoli in cream with cheese on top for dinner. Have started on a no carbs diet. Bikini season in a few months ya know.

Can't remember if I took my pill today, I hope I did. I have an appointment with a counselor tomorrow. I've only had a slight panic attack since I started on the pills and that's pretty wonderful.

I'm thinking of hermits. I think I want a hermit week. I don't feel like being anything to anyone. I want to be me, fiddling with all the silly things I like to do. Maybe scratch something down on a canvas. Plenty of ideas but never the energy to nail them down.

Now I am going to turn off my laptop, sing along to Frank Sinatra and clean my house.
I just need to make coffee first.
