So.. Next year I'm moving to California.
That has sort of always been the plan when we have talked about the future and now after we've met.. well.. I can do long distance but this is just a little too long distance.
So after he visits me in Norway I'm going to Cali with him. He has told me so much about it that I can't wait to go there and experience it for myself.
But I have no idea how to tell my family or my closest friends. I have told some people I work with but that I'm not that close with and they are all extremely happy for me.
I just don't know how my mother feels about me moving to another country with a guy she has yet to meet. I'm her only child and she can be a little overprotective of me. It took her some time to get used to the idea of me going out to Hawaii to meet him and this is something very different.
And my friends would pretty much like for me to hang around somewhere a little bit closer.
But I love this guy and I am moving. That's final. There is no use sitting around here waiting for life to happen cause it's not. My future is with him and wherever that may take us.
