Finally got the test results from my EEG. My head is fine.
Antidepressants next, eh?
Reluctantly having my first cup of coffee in almost a week. Experimenting on how caffeine is affecting my panic attacks. Somehow I've actually managed to be semi-awake at the early shifts at work and no panic attacks either.
I have an appointment with my GP next week and now that all physical possibilities has been ruled out it really is time to do something about this.
I've heard rumors that the sun is back. I haven't seen it since November and I am in dire need of vitamin D. When I have the opportunity I do nothing but sleep. Twelve hours of sleep feels like four and even though I have seven alarm clocks (yes, seven) I still snooze for four-five hours.
The thought of moving down south has never seemed more appealing.

Can I come live with you then? I might bring some people that don't like the sun either. Is that okay?
tilpacer:
No. but one likes to bite people and be bitten. She is very nice otherwise. And extremely warm.
