The water I am drinking right now is crowned the best drinking water in all of Norway. It's tap water, I don't have to run to a store and pay 40 kroner for a fancy bottle with this water. It is free.
But so it is strange to think that one day wars will be fought, not over land, not over oil, diamonds or whatever wars are fought over. It will be something so simple as water. Wars are already fought over water right now.
Those who control the water, controls everything.
Listening to Massive Attack and really want to lay down on the grass, light up a joint and be consumed.

You are very correct in your conclusion that wars have already been fought over water. Not just hundreds of years ago when access to a source of water could make or break a country. In the 20th century we have what was called the Bolivian water wars, plus Israel is known to plan on to the Golan Heights no matter what due to the amount of water it supplies for the country. Another interesting fact is that Canada has continued to not allow privatization or export of bulk amounts of water, the argument is that water is too important of a natural resource. This from a country that sells most of its resources to the usa.
