Well I'm back from gorgeous california. I'm so jealous. Texas is cool but would be alot cooler if our weather didn't suck so bad. I was sad to leave. Going back to rountine is always a drag.. Ya know work, financial bs, etc etc. I am however excite about tonights show with Lee rocker at Antone's. This is an early show kids get there around 8pm. The tattoo convention tomorrow will be a blast too. However we will be performing outside around 5pm. this wouldn't be an issue in California. The weathers always nice. i had to wear a jacket on the beach. that's awesome. I have much cuter fall/winter clothes than summer garb.
most of my days consisted of R and R. I did very touristy things. I'll be posting pictures in the next few days. I did Disneyland/ California adventures. That was fun. I'm all disneyed out. They need more villians. I don;t care if I ever see another Mickey Mouse ever again. I ate at some great places like In and Out Burgers. What a ingenious idea. Fresh fast food. I wish they would expand. texas would be a great market...mostly beef eaters here. I saw all the beaches and most of the stars homes. I was driving pass Reagan's house when the helicopters and news crews showed up. he had just died. We couldn't firgure out what the hell was going on...we ofcourse found out later. I played dominoes a bunch with my family. I love that game. I didn't get into too much trouble. But ofcourse trouble follows me around. Lets talk alittle about this band I'm listening to right now. The Von Bondies......you know that catchy song that goes "something something C'mon C'mon" WOW. I feel so out of touch with music latley. i use to be on top of everything new and ofcourse can recite all the classics. I feel so clueless these days. Maybe because most new stuff sucks. i don't know HELP! Whats good, what are people listening to these days. The Von Bondies and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs have been keeping me busy. How 'bout you?
