New York City is still red hot. i can't deny it. It's a hard place to move to alone, rents are not going down. Bargains are there when you know where to look in other areas of life, Saw Fantasia's ( of American Idol) last weekend of The Color Purple. We stayed in a hostel in a private room and rode the subway since I know the city.
