i fell in love recently. it wasn't what i was expecting and i tried denying it as much as possible, but i love mocha. she is a 5-year-old pit bull mix that was brought into my work. her previous owners starved her and left her chained in their backyard to a tree with a 1 foot walking radius. most of her front teeth are gone from her chewing on her chain trying to obtain freedom. she is the sweetest most loving, loyal, obedient dog i have ever met. i of course took her home, one gaze into that sweet face and who could resist? we go to the park all the time, she is no longer a skeleton (someone even called her chunky the other day) and she gets attention all the time. i hope that her new home with me is satisfying enough to make up for her previous life in chains.
