Change it up this year and make a new kind of resolution.

Instead I am trying to take better care of myself. Paint my nails. Do my hair. Wear outfits instead of sweats. I've gotten too comfortable in the 'mom' groove and hardly ever pluck my eyebrows or wear makeup unless its a big outing. I want to make myself attractive not only to myself but to others in ways other then my weight.
No shapewear or spanx or holding it in. I will not allow myself to photoshop myself thinner or delete tags of unflattering pictures on facebook. I'm trying. I think I can. I think I can. I think I can.
I'm working on not even thinking about it. I don't think self loathing thoughts anymore. I actively try and better myself in ways that don't have to do with my waistline. We purchased Rosetta Stone Japanese and I am doing that daily. Spending more QUALITY time with the kids, making more QUALITY time for myself. My husband and I have vowed to have sex every day for 2 weeks.

so has the sex every day thing been working? i want to try it but am worried i would fail and be way to wrapped up in it not to take it personaly.
