I am an ackward mess sometimes.

I've been depressed. I have missed 2 days of work in the last week, and I finally went to the doctor On wednesday expecting her to change my meds. Instead, she declared me to crazy for her expertice, and that I needed to go to a nurologist and a pchicaitrist. I told her it took everything I had just to get to her office, no less make more appointments, but she had no sympathy. It really made me more depressed in the end.

I tried to go to roller derby Thursday, but because I had been off my skates for over 2 weeks I skated like shit and left practice early.
I am so emmersed in people telling me I need sunshinevitaminsstjohnswartexercizedickpussyect that I feel like screaming WHY CANT YOUJUST UNDERSTAND THAT I AM CHEMICALLY IMBALANCED AND ACCEPT THAT?!
seriously. I am happy that people care, its nice that my managers at work have pulled me aside to find out what is going on, but its hard to explain why you are depressed for no reason. Shit, I have enoughmoney, I just got a raise, I am over my girlfriend who has been haunting me forever, my son and I are otherwise healthy..

other than that, it maybe tough to be insane, but sometimes it can be fun. biggrin

It can be. Once you get the chemical balance worked out, it gets much better. I know from experience smile
