Was supposed to go to Brett's wedding today (two hours away in NY) but had to cancel. V's only 14 days away from her due due date, so I'll be a papa pretty quick!

Phew, this has been the easiest day of work I've had in ages (I mean it was no picnic, but it was a positive relaxing paradise compared to recent weeks)!

Listening to Ravel. I'm compiling a series of musical tunes to help my wife relax with breathing exercises...our due date for the bebe is Sept 25th.
She doesn't seem to be too thrilled with Tangerine Dream, so I think it's going to be orchestral composers mainly. And some Brian Eno and Biosphere.

Originally I was going to call it the Inverted Historical Crisis Orchestra, but thought it rolled off the tongue better without the "Crisis".
My wife likes it better than the name of one of my old bands:
