i'm hoping that today is better. we hadn't even hit 20k at 8pm, when i left...and considering we'd been open since 7am, on the busiest shopping day of the year, and we Often do 18k by 5-6pm on a regular Steady-busy saturday...yesterday bit donkey balls.

wooow...we did $350k processed, almost $475k written (what we sold but that did not go out the door that day). Oddly it didn't suck nearly as much as I had thought it might, though I'm still highly pissed at my other managers.
