though it's not always the case, especially with more contemporary bands, I was comforted to find out that sometimes companies are able to use songs for free because they revert to public property within a few years of publication. of course, there's always the possibility that the band has to sign a contract with the label saying that the label can sell it to whoever the hell they want to, and let demographics be damned.
going to see PC on thurs...8pm, apparently, since the showings are starting early! woot! the impromptu Redhead costume will work...it's a quick fix, and i like it.

ended up at Rock Bottom, after work, with Mardi. woohoo! we missed Earth Day IPA, and the new Jose's Especial..ehhh, it's ok. the cask conditioned piece was kind of blah...not my thing...it was another IPA...but honestly??? it had the scent of Cat Piss. insane.
