I got a 13 of 15 on my math test. Suck that, pre-algebra.
I also just wrote a 5 pg. paper for my Sociology class--a movie analysis/sociological themes in the film REPO! The Genetic Opera. I love when you can pick your subject matter.
I almost went with TRULYMADLYDEEPLY, but held off. Maybe another time...or maybe just for kicks?
Work's been a bear--two corp. visits (one down, one the day after Black Friday, because John Fiske is a ruddy GENIUS!), my boss's going away party, shipment, Visual turnover, and now we have another visual change on Dec. 3, which will include---MOVING OUR PETITES AND MISSES DEPTs. Fucking brilliant!
Means we won't have a sale store section anymore, sale will be in both depts--Missy's getting larger (taking over the former Petite space), Petite is getting smaller (taking over the Sale Store) and somehow they think we're going to be able to put Sale into our Women's dept. (which is in our former A&S section).
*slaps forehead*
whatever--not my problem that the corp. schmucks have their heads stuck up their asses.
Just pay me what's owed me, and let's talk about that promotion you promised me a year ago, you asswipes!
Let's hope that this means that I won't be going up to the Palo Alto store any time soon to help them--which is not likely, but you know, I can dream. They finally have a store manager, after months of not having one.
*sighs* Really, you'd think a DM would be written up or fired for NOT taking care of her stores, but I guess that's not how it works.
Turducken tomorrow; shawn and I are on the side dishes, yo! plus we are house sitting for my sister all weekend. WOOT! Colour me excited.
