Seeing Henry Rollins, in Berk, on Friday. this makes me happy muchly. I Heart Hank.
May be seeing Neil Gaiman with the boy's cousin's wife, aussi, very soon...woot. good times.
Went to faire last weekend--second weekend t'was pirate weekend...had a grand time. wore my new costume, that's a bit more Ben Franklin/Privateer/late 1600's looking, to me anyway...but it went over well.
surprisingly well, in fact.
cute redhead bounced up to tell me how great the jacket was. yay.
bought a bodice...because when you are nearly broke, why not just go all the way?
The wind has a cold edge to it...after weeks of 90 degrees...t'was definitely a warm get-up, but the breeze took the edge off. as the sun went down, I was glad to have a jacket. I pity the girls in nigh next to nothing...but alas, that's when we give them our jackets, isn't it?
Noe's bday was the 11th. went to KOC for some mad singing action. had a great great time.
Dave's planning a trip to faire, this coming weekend. we May go again...as we didn't have drama last weekend, there's a high chance that we would be able to avoid it this coming weekend, aussi.
besides, it's the last chance, since school is next monday. here's to going cRazzzzY!
2 yrs ago today was a sunday...and that was the day Ma Mere finally Let Go, and moved onto the Next Life.
it's Also a good friend's birthday.
