The Face To Face went really well.
So well, I had an offer that night. Working things out with the Temp Agency, so I can get all my New Hire Papers out of the way. Woot!
My first day is the 3rd of Dec. I can't wait! No more Christmas in the Mall for me!
At least...not this year.
Unless I decide to be insane, and work the weekends@Talbot's. The Money would be great, that's For sure.
I gave my two weeks yesterday, which is essentially just finishing out the schedule as it is currently Written.
Wow, not working in retail is such a strange feeling.
But truly CS is always the Same. Your job is to make someone feel like they are the only person in the world, for a brief amount of time.
The fashion show yesterday was also a success. My boss and I had a blast. Plus, that night, we thwarted one shoplifter...woohoo! But, we may have lost some items in the dressing room, to someone else. That's life. It's inevitable. The damage can only be minimized.
The whiny cat has made it into my lap. She is currently staring at the keyboard. Weirdo.
Oo, I have done some laundry. Now would be the time to put it all away, but Mehh...not yet. I want to watch TeeVee, but the postman has not dropped the mail yet. *shrugs* oh well.
The excitement of the new job overwhelms...tah!
