it's the first of september...16 days til the one year anniv. of my mom's passing. what will we dO?
we have not discussed it, as a family...maybe nothing.
i am off two days before the anniv...maybe i'll just go do something on my own.
the musical version of "Emma" was too fun. i had to run around to get someone to go with me.
brook came; she seemed to really like it. and...she is having a wonderful Dating life at the moment. yay.
i am quite glad, since i've known her for a couple of years now, and she's been single the entire time.
or at least.
i didn't know the person she was dating and didn't get to her gush about it.
caeden and i have communicated...albeit briefly. he was helping his parents move last weekend; has a new job and is doing well. he also chose to come out to his parents about being Trans...oh my.
i think it went well...i've heard no negative reports, so i'll just pray that is a good sign.
it's unGodly warm.
i am utterly broke. and by utter, i mean bounced checks broke.

alas, that is the nature of this beast, sometimes. no Highland games for me today, thankssomuch.

i've had Pete & Pete arrive and i am expecting Documentaries soon. yay!
had a bit of a clothing swap, the other night; supposed to be celebrating Lindsay's birthday, and she brought Us gifts. ahh well. c'est la vie.
just means i need to complete my mission of going thru My clothes and giving a few things away.
i think i will give Amy the april cornell tunic i just bought...i don't really like it now that i've seen it in person. i am too picky, i guess.

Its really awesome when old friends show up. Always a good feeling.
I just finished acquiring the 2nd season of Carnivale myself. I watched the first when it was on HBO and loved it. In fact, HBO has put out quite a few really great shows. I recommend Rome as well, as long as you're not too much of a strict history type person.
