for all you folks that ARE Irish and Catholic, may you have a Sober-somber observance of Our Lord, today, in memory of St. Patrick and his driving of the Snakes out of the Isles, and bringing the Celtic Peoples to their knees in servitude of Our Lord.
~~For Me, today is just a day to be proud of my heritage, drink a little more than usual, wear lots of green (cuz redheads look FIERCE in green), as well as a good day to observe some holy rites and try to make peace within my own personal space.
we are driving down to my parents' house to hang out with my brother, shannon....yes, a boy is named shannon....CUZ IT IS A BOYS NAME!
my sis is taking zach to the parade in the City, to get their Willis-Kelly pride on.
off tommorrow, too...so if we end up wanting to go out, we can. woohoo!! Mucky Duck, look out!!
Britania Arms, Penny Farthing, Kings' Head,...we could totally get a Crawl on. love it.
St. Stephen's Green...love that place...
the week's been good at work...we are going to make our goal for the week. YAY!! did a jig to that last night.
had Drinks at RBottom on thursday night...went to the tapping for Firechief Ale, woohoo!! Tis' quite yummy. i think better than last year, too. Mardi joined us, and we had our work bonding. talked bout what we were going to do for the 17th. mardi's Japanese/Irish...so everything kind of balances out, sez she.
k, time to get ready...gotta get out of this place soon. cheers!
