the rain has both repelled and attracted shoppers. who knew?
i think it's going to be less drizzly today, tho...and might be quite busy if people have today and next monday off, and not a four day weekend. we shall see.
transfering christmas sale items today...goodbye semi annual!! and hello....Transitional sale!!!

if it was ONLY for the holiday weekend, or maybe even just Two Weeks...i'd be happy. but...it's not.
we've got our MID SEASON, in less than two mths, as well.
we're going to end up in partial Sale Mode, all year round, at this rate.
ewww.
they need to time these better.
we should have transfered winter sale LAST MONTH...like the 25-28th...
and then...full price till this weekend...then a sale for two-three weeks.
full price till first or second week of april.
start the mid season...run that to mid may...
cut that off...full price till the 2-3rd week of June....when our Semi Annual hits again....
which will last well into august....which is lame.
should end the first week of august....
full price till the last week sept...do a small Transitional sale...two-three weeks of october...
then pull it...
full price for a couple of weeks...Midseason hits...
pull that just before christmas...
couple days FP....and the Semi hits again,...the day after Christmas.

if that is the way they scheduale it...
which they may not..they may run them closer together...like they've done Twice now, with this whole adding Transitional Sales crap. boo.
i should be eating and getting changed, so i can get to work, and stay til' ten, then leave...come home and do it all over again.
doing that tommorrow, too. hooray! lol. yeah, right...sure.
i'm hoping that i'll be able to convince phillip and eric that moving in with Kevin would be a good thing.
i just hope Kevin is a Clean Person. No dishes out for weeks....soda cans in the living room, that kind of thing.
this apt is just way too tiny. i'm going to go crazy if we stay here, for too much longer!!!

phillip starts working at the Disney Store, this week, as well. oi. i hope that he can handle only having one day off a week, and being in the mall All Day. ahh well. c'est la vie.

the glory of retail sales...i worked retail for 10 years. the sale thing kept getting worse, as you desciribed it. often i wonder if the constant sale envioronment does not turn off the customer? i mean where is the preceived value if it is all on sale all of the time? ah the psychology of sales and the consumer.
