can't tell at All, that the twits that did "UNDERWORLD" like werewolves, more than Vampires, ehh? lordy loo...if "Blood and Chocolate" was such a great book (or series, i can't remember anymore...i want to say it was a trilogy...but i've not heard a damn thing about it, since it originally came out, god, what? like ten years ago??!?!), why has it taken so long for a script to be written?
lol...i will NOT be watching it, opening night, let's just say...cuz, ya know...with the SUCCESS of "Ginger Snaps", it's so obviously the Time of the Were-Creatures, right? *smirks*
Just deal with it.
Vampires are ALWAYS going to be an easier Sell to the masses, than WereCreatures...they are sexxier, easier to relate to, since they are truly just a representation of Man's Fear of Dying...
Sure, WereWolves represent unbridled Passion, fear of the Beast that lies inside all of us...but really, has there been a good Werewolf since "The Howling"? Gods Bless you, Whitley Strieber!
mehh, Maybe in the White Wolf Universe, which of course....the twats who created "Underworld" completely ripped off...hmm, i wonder if the writer of "B&C" was one of the folks that sued? 70 points of Contention, if i recall right...i *think* Laurell K. Hamilton was amongst that list of peeps...obviously, WWPublishing was...
ghastly film, i predict...tho, i Do Want to be WRONG!! i remember this book being touted as doing for the Were genre of Horror, what Anne Rice did for Vampire Fiction...
