So I'm riding my bike home from work and I spot this young woman. At first I don't even notice her. She's short and fairly thin. She is wearing blue-gray stockings and the shortest skirt I have ever seen in public. It's no flouncy, it's just fairly tight, a colorful pattern, and cut at a slight, but straight angle. It's so short that even from atop my bike seat I can see the suggestion of the bottom of her butt cheeks. The stockings cover these mounds and must therefore be pantyhose. I'm in a hurry but I consider stopping as she goes into a video store. I'm late for something so I don't, but let's say I go in. I walk up to her and say---

"that's the cutest skirt I've ever seen"?
"that's the SHORTEST skirt I've ever seen outside of a strip club"?
"wow, you're provocative!"?
"wow, you dress like a slut!"?
"did you know I can see your butt cheeks"?
"I can't believe my eyes. I could swear you were flaunting public decency laws."?
