I hope we have just witnessed the most sorry election of our lifetimes. The worst president possibly in history has been re-elected, thanks to the continued inability of the Democratic Party to muster a credible, principled opposition. Gazillions of dollars wasted on awful TV ads -- and now the lawyers will be unleashed again.
Take a deep breath, find someone you love to be with or just talk to, cherish what we have, and figure out how to build something from this shambles of a two-party system that ever increasingly fails to represent real people.
