It's my choice every day, every minute, whether to be happy, or make the best of things, or simply succumb to worry and fear. And if there's a battle or a conflict, as there often is with me, I can choose to step back and observe.

The cute little girl in my spelling class threw up today. Luckily she was wearing pigtails.
