Dude, did you show at the Roxy? I was there from about 9:15 to 11:30. I was mostly hanging in the bar area. Pretty good bands, but I have no idea which was which.

I saw you! I'm a Giants fan and I remember thinking, "Damn, that's one ugly two-tone Shockey jersey!" I keeeeed, I keeeeed! I was the brother standing by himself, plain black t-shirt, jeans, looking like he didn't belong. Needless to say, very young crowd. But, I dug the bands, especially CAA. They fucking rocked! Good showmenship, too. It cracked me up, I don't remember one of the bands actually saying who they were, even when they introduced the band members. I hadn't been there in years; I used to go when it was the Marquee and then the Globe.

I think that sounds like a cool job! Plus, flying overnight always rocked...sleep, look at lights over mid-western towns, it's all good.

There'll undoubtedly be a lot of beer this weekend for me...even if it's just me doing the drinking. In case you're interested, I started a Weebl and Bob group.

I'm pretty sure my brother will be at that show. Hug every nondescript, lanky kid and say "I love you dan" until you get it right.

That sounds cool. Do you know any of the bands playing The Roxy June 18? Any good? Worth seeing?

Never stayed in that hotel, but I've had drinks in the bar. It's sweet.

*crossed fingers for hospital gig* Hmmm...DMC3. Was looking for a not-so-distant title recommendation. It'll have to wait until after City of Heroes loses it's hold.

DMC2 was just too easy, even on Dante Must Die difficulty it was pretty sad. I hope they make 3 a better game like the first one. I enjoy a challenging game, because it stops you from crusing through it in less than 2 hrs, the first time through. DMC 3 looks like it has the wepons system from the first, and screenshots look nice. I'm sorry i'll stop ranting about this game before it gets bad.
