Finished off a pair of books at work this week:
Deception Point by Dan Brown.
- if you are familiar with his previous books, especially Digital Fortress, this one will seem structured and very easy to predict the plot twists. Its obviously his first release, but its still a decent read. Least favorite of his 4, but i wasnt expecting much.

State Of Fear by MIchael Crichton
- Terribly slow beginning, you have to force yourself through the first 1/8 of the book, but after that it really rolls along nicely. After the extended intro, there are basiclly 3 major scenes, and a ton of info regarding Global Warming, very interesting facts and scientific studies, not what you may expect. A ton of information is footnoted and the title has an extensive bibliography of all the works required to make this fictional story lifelike. great book, impressed considering how it started.

oh, and im bored after reading these books so i click around on here and see some fat bitter jerkoff has joined, [suntan].
