I second reading a book first... Usually most political parties seem to function well in a microcosm, on a local county or state level. It's only when their flaws get enlarged to have to cater to everyone on a national interests level do both republicans' and democrats' ideals begin to look a bit....stretched.

well....deftones. this will have been the fifth or sixth time i've seen them....and it was a lot cooler because the venue was much smaller than any other place i'd seen them before. unfortunately, i got wasted and don't remember the whole show. eeek but i do remember that the crowd was viscious, i had to get out of there on the first song. they played a buncha good shit like root and be quiet and drive...probably a lot of others, but i just don't remember it all. chino was awesome, going all out like always....and i believe i remember shavo from SOAD coming out to play guitar with them. but i was drunk, so it could've been some nobody. haha yeah so...have you ever seen them live?
