Yes!!!!!! I'm in Bend, OR. for the next few days. I love it here, even if it was 103 today, but it's a dry dessert heat. Tomorrow I'll do my annual hike to the summit of Mt. Bachlor. I do cheat a little by riding a chair lift 3/4 of the way up. I walk all the way down though. Fun stuff. Then saturday night it is to the Les Schwab ampitheater for "Summer Camp" with Built To Spill, Death Cab For Cuite, The Decemberists, Pedro the Lion, and Viva Voce. Lot's of drinkin' and weed smokin' are on tap. Tonight, I am mostly going to chill near the motel room. Lucky for me there is a Stars Caberet, and porn shop across the parking lot. Yeah for lap dances in Bend right across the street from my motel!!! Hahaha!! Well, I am off to the bathroom to take a bong rip. Then it's to Safeway for beer and snacks. Have a great weekend all!!

Well, considering that I was indeed in the Beer Garden at the Summer Camp show in Bend on Saturday, it's entirely possible. smile

I love Eastern Oregon. I always feel so alive out there, and everything just seems so clean and pure and powerful.

I was really only there to go on a car trip with my friends. I enjoyed The Decemberists, because they were creative and obviously enjoying themselves. But Death Cab seems to just write the same song over and over again. I just can't get excited about them. We were also noticing that the crowd was a bit "OC".
