I made salsa for the first time the other day. It turned out super good. I do think I could have made it hotter though. I have to make some more, as I gave away all of the last batch. I got the idea from the good ole' Food Network. I love that channel. This week is going to be filled with driving and good times. Tomorrow I have to drive up to my dad's in The Dalles, then ride with he and my grandmother, down to my mom's in Salem. From there they are going to the beach, while I take my mom's car and her 2 cat's back up to The Dalles. I am then going to drive to Bend to visit friends, and hopefully go snowboarding at Bachelor. Probably 600 miles of driving. Of course all of this is subject to change if one of the many places I've submited resumes to calls. I need a job!
