This downtime is killing me...I've been playing a whole buttload of City of Villains recently, I can tell you that. I've also realized that being out of the country for four months is very stressful when trying to catch up with not only people, but TV shows and comic book storylines. It's a good thing I got all this time on my damn hands, so I can just sit and absorb everything I've missed.

People want me to tell them what it was like, being abroad and errythang. I have no idea where to start. I was somewhere else, met some people, did some stuff, spoke another language every now and then...I dunno. Maybe I'm really bad at explaining things.

I miss it a lot, though.

I had a pretty good and relatively lengthy conversation with an ex-girlfriend tonight, about nothing in particular. As my conversations with people usually tend to go. She visited Florence while I was still there, and I actually kind of wanted to see her. But neither of us really made a big effort to make definite plans, and so it never happened. In retrospect, she did tell me the exact dates she would be there, and even where she was staying, so I suppose if I were to use fancy sports terms, I dropped the ball.
