here's the trick. add your picture to your picture files. open it up in a new window. right click on the picture. at the bottom will be image properties. click on that. there will be a an address http:// etc. highlight it, and copy it (ctrl c) then come back here, and past that after you hit the Image button under insert. hopefully that makes sense. they make it way to complicated.
